Block Bulb
Block Bulb is a traditional light bulb enclosed in a green or blue plastic block (depending on the color you like). An incandescent bulb, as you have at home, locked in a transparent resin block.
The bulb will illuminated at night or in low light place. It is coated with a special pigment that gives it green color and makes them glow in the dark. You do not need wires or batteries of any kind, and that is recharged during the day with natural light.
